Humane Helpers

Our Humane Helpers program offers a comprehensive shelter experience that includes animal meet-and-greets (dependent on our shelter population) activities, shelter helper projects, and more. Learn more.

Celebrate your birthday in the most fur-tastic way! ARLGP birthday parties include two hours of programming and festivities in our humane education classroom. Learn more.

For School Groups: Shelter Experiences & In-School Visits

Are you a local teacher/educator looking to teach your class about animal welfare? The ARLGP offers in-shelter experiences for groups to visit, meet animals, and participate in educational programming. Our educators also travel to local schools, to offer lessons and presentations in your classroom. Learn more.
