Join the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland (ARLGP) for our annual dog-friendly beer festival, Ales for Tails on Saturday, June 17th from 1-4pm. Ales for Tails is an afternoon full of Maine-brewed beers, tasty food trucks, and sunshine by the ocean at Spring Point Ledge.

Our 2023 breweries include: Allagash Brewing Company, Après, Austin Street Brewery, Banded Brewing, Bangor Beer Company, Black Pug Brewing, Foulmouthed Brewing, Foundation Brewing Company, Goodfire Brewing Company, Island Dog Brewing, Olive Pit Brewing, Portland Zoo, and Rising Tide Brewing Company.

Plus, a doggone great lineup of food trucks: Mr. Tuna and Totally Awesome Vegan Food Truck.

Each admission includes (5) 8-ounce pours for the brewery booths, free parking, and an aluminum commemorative tasting cup featuring the 2023 Ales logo. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome (and encouraged!) to attend at no additional cost. Pre-purchased tickets are $60 per person, $70 at the door (if we do not sell out in advance). Non-Drinking/DD tickets are available for $15 and include complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. This is a 21+ event.
