It’s a little bit early for the daisies to bloom – although the way things are going they will pop up sooner than expected, this year – but it is just the right time for our Daisy to blossom in a new home. She’ is a declawed inside-forever type of kitty with long beautiful smoky fur. She was turned in by someone because she could no longer be cared for. She tested out here as a Meet Your Match purple Secret Admirer, but she was mighty close to the orange Sidekick, as well. So Daisy is a nice combination of affectionate, independent, unobtrusive, a little shy at first, and devoted once she gets to know you. She loves to be patted with a chorus of purrs when touched. She also tickled the feather wand toy, which means she’ll love to play, and she absolutely adored being held and hugged. She is sensitive near her tail area, so respect from all in her future family would be important for Daisy’s success in her new home. The evaluator said of her, “Daisy wants to be affectionate. She’s a little cautious. She’s curious and alert. She loves to be near by.” Sounds like a relationship that could flower into a garden filled with lots of TLC between cat and human?
